Why the new generation is doomed.
Simulated Stimulation, destroyer of the new generation: Observe the man of today you will see that he (or she) lives quite a sheltered life, one that lacks “reality” almost like a zombie. Man was created so that he would take chances, so that he would go out work hard and play harder rather than live life like a toy doll still in its wrapper. Man craves reality – excitement, drama, risk, fear, love, lust, power, pain, force. These are the very things that enabled him to become what he is today (the dominant being), evolution was caused by early mans thirst for stimulation, all our modern inventions are because we wanted more from life! Our greed enabled us to become what we are today, our ever increasing need for stimulation. But that is over, just watch the new generation. How does a man living in a ‘virtual instant-gratification environment’ get stimulated? How does this this pod dwelling zombie get stimulated when he is leading such an insulated life?
How does man become Stimulated?
Like anything else today he fakes it, instead of taking risks he watches somebody else take risks on reality TV, instead of making money he watches his favorite character on TV make a lot of money, he watches that lovable loser on his favorite show hate his job and he starts convincing himself that he hates his job, instead of going around finding companionship from interesting women he watches men do it on TV, instead of channeling his anger he releases it by beating people up in video games. Man requires this stimulation (real kind) much like he need sexual intercourse (continuation of the species) but instead of going out and living it, men simulate this deep craving by emotionally masturbating. Get it? The need for stimulation is the driver of all progress.
Try this: instead of watching Entourage on HBO go out and strive your best to become famous and live the life for real, instead of watching re-runs of Friends go and get an active social life, instead of watching 30 Rock and The Office go out and have fun
